according to http://qa.openoffice.org/issue_handling/workflowcharts/RFE_issues_by_QA.sxd I reassign this issue to requirements and set the status to New This issue in fact is a duplicate of issue 56869, which in fact should be reopened, and this marked as a duplicate of the above issue.
