anoncvs doesn't respond:

$ oocvs co -c
cvs [checkout aborted]: connect to
anoncvs.services.openoffice.org(192.18.197.103):2401 failed: Connection timed out

This is because (not announced) server room movement...

anoncvs is up and running.
Is needs anb update of the repository content tough - see issue 64987.
