Configure sets variable STLPORT4 to NO_STLPORT4 if it doesn't find a STLport on
the system. This means either using the compiler STL or the stlport from the OOo
CVS archives. NO_STLPORT4 implies that we are not using STLport4 at all, but
this is just not true in the latter case. This is a confusing misnomer and
should be changed.
