I just installed openoffice OOo_2.0.165_Win32Intel and doubleclicked on a word
document. I then switched over to another window and notice no word document
showed up. No OOo icon in the taskbar
Minimizing all windows I discover the "Welcome to OOo-dev 2.0" window.

Please make the "Welcome to OOo-dev 2.0" window a real window so it shows up in
the taskbar

I know the reported effect from "2.0.2  German version WIN XP:
[680m5(Build9011)]"  and others (also "2.1.0  German version WIN XP:
[680m6(Build9095)]"): 
several special OOo functions like 'document recovery' and 'welcome after first
start' are not shown in the WIN taskbar. It's needless circumstantial to go back
to such OOo application if you changed to an other WIN application before: you
have to minimize several other other Windows one by one until you find the OOo
application.
