There is no indicator that a custom slide show is running, if the customer has
defined a custom slide shown and has activated it in the Custom Slide Show dialog.

-> start such presentations from Custom slide dialog only -> what about old
documents?
or 
-> implement indicator in slide paine like for hidden slides.

furthermore the set of slides could only be sorted by D&D, up and down buttons
are missing.

I propose the following change: 
The Slide paine should reflect the custome presentation settings. Excluded
slides from a custom slide show are shown as hidden slides at the end of the
list of slide icons. The included slides are shown at the beginning in order of
their appearance in the custom show. If a slide is shown twice within a custom
presentation, a clone of the first slide is shown so that changes to that slide
will change both (all) slides. If a hidden slide gets visible again or a visible
slide gets hidden, the slide move right before the first hidden slide of the list.
The context menu on the Slide paine could be extensed as well.

Target of this issue has to be reconsidered with impress team.
