Steps:
1. Select 'Export to PDF' from file menu
2. After entering the filename, the options page appears (Note also that the
'Pages' radio button appears disabled/grayed out). Select this and enter the
following range: 1-2,4
3. After selecting okay, the application does not generate any error message,
and the PDF file is still exported with page 1-2

confirmed with 680_m167 on WinXP Pro SP2

Sorry, but IMHO this is not a defect. The export to PDF is similar to a print
job and therefore the pages which should be exported are exported and the not
available one is simply ignored. 

So this maybe is an enhancement request and I re-flag and re-assign it as such.
