Here are the steps to reproduce this bug:
- Add two pictures to your Slide (Insert -> Picture -> From file ...)
- Connect them with any Connector
- Change the color resolution of a picture (right mouse button -> Color 
Resolution)
- Move the changed picture a little bit
- Notice that the connector is no longer attached to the changed picture (This 
is the ugly bug)

As described, same for Draw module. I don't know if it is 'framework' because it
occurs in Draw and in Presentation, but it is not 'spreadsheet'.

I can no longer reproduce this issue with OO.org v3.2. Please close this issue.
