Background color palette

Problem: Today you find per example the different shades of green laying
separately from eachother.
For most users I would guess it is hard to quickly determine what shades there
is of the different colors.

Suggestion: Put the different shades of each color close to eachother.

This is really an usability issue and more since the new chart color palette was
integrated at the end of the palette. Some colleagues has complained about that.
For example, there are 5(!) areas in the palette where you can choose a red
color (in line 2, line 3, line 4, line 10, and line 11).

The colors in the color palette should be rearranged to have a smoother
transition between the colors.
