User trying to mail to users@cs.openoffice.org reported that he can't send mail:

Looks like either an upgrade problem or similar to the SPAM protection problem 
Davide has - see issue 66000.
Could you let us know, whether the problem is still there. If this is the case 
then I would be happy to receive a test message as requested in 66000.
