in line charts: Error bars are currently drawn above series lines and symbols. 
Better is to draw them first and let the symbols cover them.

in bar charts: Missing the "T" line end at the error bars. Best is to have a 
bool 
property for the line end.

the missing "T" ends in bar charts are fixed with CWS chart07
