Perhaps someone could clarify a situation for me. I am using rand() in an array calculation with an array variable. =A1:A100+3*RAND() The variable is just a random set of integers. However rand() only seems to excute once since all the resulting numbers in the array have the same trailing digits. This is not what I would have expected. I received a reply in the forum stating that it is a known issue and that I could try submitting it here.

Accepted. If the formula is entered as an array formula the single cells should have different results for the +RAND() expression. Easiest test case: in A1:A3 enter the value 0 in each cell, and in B1:B3 enter =A1:A3+RAND() as array formula (close with Ctrl+Enter). Result is three times the same value, should be different values instead.
