document to reproduce
MRU->OS: easy to reproduce with attached sample. Open this in OO, change the footer height -> will be only aplied on odd pages. It looks, that Writer is confused by the unchecked "same content on left/right pages" option. move target to 3.x according http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Target_3x *** Issue 102029 has been marked as a duplicate of this issue. *** I've found a simple work-around for this problem. After modifying the height, etc., reopen the Page style dialog and *change the style name*. This seemingly has the effect of jolting the system into re-eveluating all the settings and reformatting the document accordingly. Save and reopen after any layout change is annoying. Reset the assignee to the default "issues@openoffice.apache.org". |
