Description gmolleda 2006-07-13 12:20:19 UTC
Hi, I have received a e-mail with a powerpoint file, ...:
If I open a powerpoint file (ppt or pps) with a gif image (with move) in the
background, then the gif image is static in the presentation (F5), but in
powerpoint is moving in the presentation (F5).

If I create a new powerpoint file with a gif image in the background: the
presentation (F5) is moving. But if I open this file with impress, then the
presentation (F5) is static.

If I create a new impress file with a gif image in the background: the
presentation (F5) is static. If that file is export to powerpoint format and is
open it with powerpoint ----> the image is static too.

Can to be that the error is that impress put a png image and not the original
gif image (if I save the image, the new name is with png extension).

Sorry my englis, I'm spanish. No entiendo ni papa de inglés ;o)-
