all objects (comment boxes for example) should appear in Navigator.

that must be easy ?!? As OOo sourcecode was started "from sratch" in C++ in an
object-orientated way -- isn't something similar written on Suns website?

Hi Falko,
Comment 3 lars 2003-07-12 15:25:01 UTC
All elements/objects (charts, tables, images, text boxes, paragraphs)
used in a document should show up in Navigator and the context menu
of these objects should be accessible from Navigator so that I can
use Navigator to change all object properties easily a dcomfortable
without scrolling the document.

and this includes not referencing Math formulas as "OLE objects" ... !
Comment 6 lars 2003-07-17 00:37:37 UTC
and only show those categories for which there exist objects in the
document!!! (Writers standard Navigator is overloaded)
Comment 7 falko.tesch 2003-10-08 12:49:59 UTC
The Navigator should display all objects that are contained in a
document. This must include Drawings, boxes etc.
Note: This issue might be dupolicate, but I cannot find any suitable
one to do so.

Comment 9 bettina.haberer 2003-11-28 18:56:48 UTC
Summary: The Navigator should display all objects that are contained
in a document. This must include Drawings, boxes etc.. That would
simplify the usage of the navigator. And it has to be considered for
all the different Navigators in the apps.
