- go to View/Toolbars and switch a toolbar on (e.g. the Picture toolbar)
- insert a corresponding object (in this cvase a picture)
- deselect the object
- the toolbar vanish
Toolbars which I switch on in View/Toolbars should last on the screen also when
I deselect the corresponding object.

cd->cgu: Your last statement is not correct for the current implementation.
Using "View - Toolbars" doesn't change the "context sensitive" state of a
toolbar. It just change the visibility of the toolbar. Therefore I change the
type from "defect" to enhancement and send it to Christian Jansen.

cd->cj: We discussed some options to enhance the possible settings for our
toolbars. One of these settings were the "context sensitive" state. Could this
be something for 2.x?
