Description helgekraak 2006-08-08 22:12:40 UTC
- Please register the attached database under the name "testdatabase"
- Then open the Writer document and enter a new dataset into the form
- save the dataset and reopen the document
-> In m178 and m180 the entered data is gone.

-> in 2.0.3 data is being saved correctly.

-> Frank: I couldn't reproduce what I described in my email a few days ago that
one of the databases I sent to you didn't lose data and the other did. When I
tested today, both databases I sent to you lost the data after a restart of OO.

that's a regression in m177, probably caused by CWS dba204a. Confirming.
Comment 4 Frank Schönheit 2006-08-09 10:38:38 UTC
the good news is: It's fixed in m181. Internally, the reason is the same as for
67635: databases were not properly released when closing them (no matter whether
opened directly in the Base application, or indirectly by using them in a text
document form).

fs->helgekraak: Please verify this issue is fixed as soon as m181 is available
(tomorrow, I'd guess).
