Description Mechtilde 2006-08-13 21:06:50 UTC
This is a regression of Issue 64547 which works in 2.0.2 and 2.0.3.

Now you can't using the form wizzard again.

I can't send an error report because the error reporter doesn't appear.

not a P1: http://www.openoffice.org/scdocs/ddIssues_EnterModify.html#priority
Comment 2 Frank Schönheit 2006-08-14 08:11:38 UTC
cannot reproduce in m181 on Linux. Also, please consider
http://qa.openoffice.org/issue_handling/basic_rules.html#reproducibility. The
more information, the better. What distro, what JVM, which database type?

@ fs
hello Frank
here I give a step by step description

Open a Base document
Double click "Use Wizard to create Form".
- Add all fields.
- Click "Next" twice.
- Select Columnar Arrangement "Spalten-" bzw "Blöcke-Beschriftung"
- Next - Next
- select that you want to change the form further
- finish

You see the form in the background but nothing happend
you click another time "finish" the form in the background change but not more
happens
you click a third time OOo crashes

It does not crash if you use the Columnar Arrangement "Datenblatt"

I tested the same file unter 2.0.3 it doesn't crash

My Systems are:
Debian Sarge mysql 4.1 libmyodbc 3.51.09 OOo m181 (here it crashes)
Debian Sarge mysql 4.1 libmyodbc 3.51.09 OOo 2.0.3 final (here it does not crash)
Debian Sarge mysql 4.1 libmyodbc 3.51.09 OOo m175 mdb (here it does not crash)

reassign
Comment 5 Mechtilde 2006-08-14 09:41:18 UTC
Doing more test today morning has schown that it is a regression of Issue 51116

The table I want to use in the form has a field define as "date/time" .

the problem is you get no error message and no crash report for the crash. Is
there a posibility to change it

if I use other tables it works
Comment 6 marc.neumann 2006-08-14 14:25:59 UTC
Hi,
I can reproduce this.

The problem is the date/time field, which is displayed as 2 fields in the form.

Works in 2.0.3

msc -> bc: broken with cws dbwizardpp4

bye Marc
Comment 7 berend.cornelius 2006-08-14 15:07:53 UTC
bc: I will set up a new cws to fix this issue within. Target OOo 2.0.4 remains
Comment 8 berend.cornelius 2006-08-15 15:32:15 UTC
bc: Fixed in cws dbwizardpp4regression. Most probably a regression to issue
i49877 ("FormWizard: BorderType has to be resynced"), where datetimefields were
not considered.

Comment 10 marc.neumann 2006-08-17 08:51:39 UTC
verified in cws dbwizardpp4regression

find more information about this CWS, like when it is available in the master
builds, in EIS, the Environment Information System:
