Please make "minimum password length" configurable (via .ini or otherwise). 
Current 5 char minimum seems to be arbitrary (too short to prevent brute-force 
attack), thus unjustified as hard-coded.

i'd just like to add that this seems to be a reasonable request, especially for 
people who migrate to oo.org in an already "hostile" environemnt.

having this parameter configurable (either by users or it departments) could 
help in overcoming human factor during migrations.
