Description kpalagin 2006-08-17 13:23:50 UTC
With automatic spellcheck enabled and misspelled word in cell spellcheck
context menu might prevent regular context menu from appearing, depending on
where in cell I right-click -
if I right-click in cell, but miss the misspelled word then I get regular
context menu (circled in green on attached .gif);
on the other hand, if I r-click on the word itself all I get is speller menu
(circled in red on attached.gif), even if all I want is to manupulate with the
cell.
Please consider adding speller menu to main context menu, instead of replacing
it.
Thanks a lot.
WBR,
K. Palagin.

Not sure, if it is OK to confirm own issues, but will confirm it anyway.

Hi,

it's not a bug and therefore IMHO it's not Ok to confirm own Issues.

As this Issue is per definition an enhancement, I re-assign it to requirements.

Any chance for 2.2, please?
Current behavior confuses users out of their mind as it makes very difficult
use right-click.
