The fixed font lists in today's VCL.xcu are almost unmaintainable, because the
effort to add a new font properly is proportional to the number of known fonts.

Due to this complexity also the existing font lists are inconsistent: Font A
which is similar to Font B and thus has a fallback A->B does not imply that a
similar fallback B->A is done.

Also considering that these lists are not SCM friendly (see issue 33371) a
redesign is overdue. I suggest to use an attribute based approach.
