The external module is not tagged for OOD680_m2. This might even cause
issue 68940.

1) Fixed. 'external' is tagged now.
2) I cannot really see this as P1 issue because final tagging for OOD680 m2 is
not finished yet
3) concerning issue 68940: I cannot reproduce a breakage in XmlSearch. Perhaps
it is related, yes (because in my testbuild I had 'external' built and delivered).

Verified!

Sorry, but as there is no indication when tagging is finished I just start the
build when the tagging "looks" OK.

If we wait until the build is announced ready we loose the opportunity to get
master-fixes in for build problems.
