As discussed at

provide a way so that HTTP links to EIS data no longer require a (guest) login.

bei->sb: after initially allowing deep links to all data we run into some
problems and than decided to allow only direct links to ChildWorkspace data. You
can see them for example in the EIS RSS feeds on so-doc or OOoPlanet. Please verify.
