Seen in OOo 2.0.3 French on a W2003 SP1 Server with the DocumentConverter.java
example (revision 1.5).

When trying to save a MS Word document to PDF, this error is raised.
Relating to 63610, the "Hidden" parameter on load do not affect this issue
(happens with true or false).

If I understand tools/errcode.hxx correctly the code 2074 or 0x819 is a
ERRCODE_IO_MISPLACEDCHAR
According to lxr this is set in one of the routines in
tools/source/fsys/dirent.cxx which should not be in use anymore. 

In other words: I have no idea where the error comes from and without further
information there's no way to find the reason.

I'm going to try again with the latest french version of the tool. Are l10n made
based on the same builds than original ENU versions? Because, according to your
comment, it seems that 2.0.3 French can use older components than 2.0.3 ENU
