Test case showing scrollbar problems with charts none

Description lars 2002-08-16 00:33:38 UTC
the vertical scrollbar isn't sized properly to scroll through the complete
document if there are bitmaps "placed at higher row numbers"
Comment 1 lars 2002-08-16 19:32:06 UTC
if I paste content (cells) into the sheet which extend row-wise the
current maximum the length of the vertical scrollbar takes into
account, the length doesn't update.
Comment 2 lars 2002-09-01 20:20:06 UTC
it's also occuring with over-viewable-area sized charts, the size of
the horizontical scrollbar doesn't take into account the horizontical
size of the chart,

so one has to drop the scrollbar at least once for it to resize and
to be able to have the document scrolled to the end when one reaches
the end of the scroll bar area

This should have target "later".

According to the OpenOffice.org roadmap
(http://tools.openoffice.org/releases) this issue was retargeted to
OOo Later.

I'm seeing this in 1.1 with a sheet containing multiple charts. It's not just
that the scrollbar doesn't take into account object size - it doesn't take into
account objects *at all*.

I put together a test case SXC with charts from B2->I22, B26->I45, B53->I72,
B75->I94, B98->I117 vertically (and others horizontally)... yet the vertical and
horizontal scrollbars always have ranges the same as if the sheet were empty
(i.e. the maximum doubling each time).

If I put a single character in a cell below A117, the scrollbar has the correct
size vertically - the problem only occurs if there's only charts (and possibly
other objects too) there.

This is an annoying bug for those of us who like to use pure-chart worksheets.
