OOo should be made easier to submit issues or to get help and so on.
The solution could be a further menu entry.
- It would help to browse directly to the right page without wasting time by
searching.
- If the contributor allows, the page, which will be opened to submit an issue,
could be prepared with OS, Build-ID etc.
The attachment should help to make it clear (sorry, in german)

Sounds like a nice idea for an extension, maybe we need to provide some
parameters by API.
