I still see this problem with "2.2.0RC4 German version WIN XP: [680m14(Build9134)]" on a new PC with a completely fresh OOo installation. Framework. I never experienced such kind of behaviour. @rainerbielefeld: are you still experiencing this behaviour with current 2.3.1 version ? What is "WIN XL task bar" ? Still visible with 2.3.1 Please excuse my typo, on the WIN XP task bar you can see a group with all open OOo files (and other groups), from there I always hit the OOo document I want to see. @rainerbielefeld: OK for the typo. Have you observed this kind of behaviour for a small number of documents opened at the same moment ? Perhaps there is a problem with the list if it is too long. This problem only happens aftr a long time of work and after many open and close document operations. S currently I can only reproduce this (may be 3 times a week) with one PC. @rainerbielefeld: can you try to rename personnal configuration directory ( c:\doc&settings\...\application data\openoffice.org2\) on the affected PC and test if that solve the problem ? I still see this with with "Ooo 3.0.0 RC3 Multilingual version German UI WIN XP: [OOO300m8 (Build9357)]" Still see the problem with a fresh new installation of "Ooo 3.1.0 RC2 multilingual version German UI WIN XP: [OOO310m11 (Build 9399)]" Due to Issue 105390 I modify OS. Ir I find a third user with this problem, I will modify Issue Status to NEW *** Issue 105390 has been marked as a duplicate of this issue. *** I found this reported as an issue once for Mac, and it was closed because it worked elsewhere. I have the same issue (I believe), so I think it must be a defect. Running under KDE 4.3, OOo Build 9319, i.e. 310m21 (not listed above, so I took the closest). The problem continued through different versions: when I click in the window list on the document that I want to bring up, some other document that is open is placed on top. It can happen that I don't get to the wanted document at all, and I have to use the KDE windows list to get there. I usually work with more than one doc at a time, and it always bugged me that OOo had given up the tabbed windows within one frame - that was much easier to handle. @drmartinus: Can you please try to find the Issue No. for the Mac-Issue report? I still see this problem in the latest LibreOffice versions. Until now I do not use AOO intensive enough so I do not expect to see this problem, but I will watch more careful. Still Reproducible with "AOO 4.0.0-Dev – German UI / German locale [AOO400m3(Build:9702) - Rev. 1503709 (2013-07-17) ]" on German German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit)", Common 4.0-dev User Profile The problem only appears if you open and close lots of documents, Althoug I suffer from this bug since 2006 until today on various PC (all: WIN) I did not find a way how to make it reproducible. Some PCs and OS later still reproducible with "AOO 4.0.1 – German UI / German locale [Rev. 1524958 2013-09-20 11:40:29]" on German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit)", “historic” 4.0 User Profile used for all predecessor versions. CONFIRMED due to comments of drmartinus. |
