- open the attached database document
- open the form therein by double-clicking it
=> after the document opened, you get an assertion saying
Error: Lock count underflow!

This used to work in m190, and is broken in m193 => regression

targeting to next non-micro release. Assertions should get more attention IMO,
especially such annoying ones :)

cd: Fixed. Workwin lock count is now correctly synced with layout manager lock
count.
