Referring to issue 72033
i send you a .odt file created by macro in which when i split a row, split don't
fail but the result is not correct.
IMPORTANT : if yuo go in the last row on the right bottom table and FROM INTERFACE
 OF WRITER you try to insert row, this action produces not the correct action.
So I think this is a bug also of the program...

The table is too complex, means, there have been some cells merged with other ones.
It is a known limitation which will be soved in the future. See issue 43411.
