Description axelb 2006-12-05 22:34:13 UTC
As the title says: There are two different unicode choices when you import a
text file, and they have the same name although they don't give the same result,
just one of them managed to open my file correctly.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Try to open a textfile with localized characters
2. Scroll the list, on the bottom you will fint two choiches both named
«Unicode» although they are different

Reassigned to ES.
Comment 3 eric.savary 2006-12-07 09:52:14 UTC
I cannot reproduce it.
In the list I see Unicode, Unicode-7 and Unicode-8.
Which version of OOo are you using? An original version from www.openoffice.org
or the pre-installed version of your distribution?

I have used RC2, norwegian version (nb) for Linux (RPM or deb, does'nt matter)
from here:
ftp://ftp.linux.cz/pub/localization/OpenOffice.org/devel/680/2.1-RC2/Build-1
it may be a localisation bug, then we will fix this in our translation.
I will try to attach a screenshot.

I looked into our translation and found a large and embarrassing bug: Basically,
the entire list is messed up in Norwegian Bokmål.

axelb: Please fix svx/source/dialog.po :-)
