1. draw two shapes somewhere
2. select both shapes by dragging a selection box to cover both shapes
3. the selection box now covers both shapes and the whitespace between
4. right click whitespace
5. This cancels the selection box and deselects the shapes. 

I would expect it to bring up context menu for my selection.

It think 50209 could 'fix' this one by showing what is selected.
