It looks like the live preview only works when creating the chart the first
time. It seems it does not work any more when modifying an already created chart.

->Tony: Charttype dialog, range dialog and 3D View dialog have live preview as
specified.

Live preview don't work by modifying the borders or the colors 
-> Issue type = Feature ?
-> I confirm with OOo 2.3 m213

So, you would like to see a live preview for all dialogs in chart, I guess. So
far this is specified only for some dialogs in chart, what may be confusing -
admittedly.

Exceptionally I set this older issue to duplicate to a new one as the new one is
easier to understand.
