I tested this again and now confirm that any application window is overdrawn. What I mean is that I tested placing different windows on top of Calc (Netbeans, IE 7.0, and Command) and all of them were overdrawn. I am sorry, I forgot to mention something that could be important. The calc application is launched using Java UNO. jcdiaz, any chance you could provide screenshot? Created attachment 41825 [details]

Can you provide a step-by-step description that anyone could use to reproduce the issue? Without this, it would be difficult for a developer to work on it. Hi jcdiaz, I would guess this is a repaint issue or your self-developed application. No comments for several months. Consequently, I am marking the issue invalid.
