The Wizard to create forms doesn't work correct.
Doing step 5 (Arrange controls) it's not possible to change the arrangement.
Only when you are working with the standard arrangement 'As Data Sheet'
the wizard will end his work.

You can see in the background that the "datasheet" go away but you can't see the
other controls.

If you want to finish the wizard with the other controls it hangs.
In Version 2.1 m6 it works correktly so it's a regression.

Therefore I change priority to P2

known as issue 72429, fixed in CWS dba22b, which will be integrated into m200
(probably).
