fs->os: Is there any good reason for disabling zoom in embedded documents? No, not the reason "because it is an embedded document", but a good one :) It might make sense to disable zooming in in-place objects, but for out-place objects, such as Base's forms and reports, I don't see a good reason ... The fact that Ctrl+mouse-wheel still allows to zoom shows that it is technically possible, but only the UI seems to be crippled ... Set target to OOo Later I can report that this issue is still present in OpenOffice 3.0.0 OOO300m9 (Build:9358) on Mac OS X 10.5.6 Intel. The zoom controls are ghosted. The zoom level is also not indicated in the status bar. Zoom is possible fortunately using command+mouse-scroll-ball. Reset assigne to the default "issues@openoffice.apache.org". |
