wlamia, please provide the document and specify exact steps to hit the problem. Can't attach a file bigger than 1 MB - the test case is 2.8Mb. I have sent it privately to kpalagin . OOo hangs when you try to cut a section of text that spans a few pages, like pages 4-6, or it hangs when you try to paste it somewhere else in the doc. kpalagin, please also forward the document to es@openoffice.org. Thanks. Reassigning "clipboard" related issue to ES. Confirming with OO 2.1 on WinXP (both my test machines exhibit this behavior) - specifically, if I select pages 4-7 and paste at the end of page 7, soffice.bin starts consuming 100% CPU and continues for at least hours. wlamia, for big files you can use service like www.mytempdir.com. mru, done. ES->OD: as discussed, I couldn't reproduce the freeze on copy paste but I could notice that all Draw objects are grouped at the top of the doc a few seconds after doc load. I'm writing another issue for this problem and reassign also this one to you. (document sent via e-mail) f'up issue 73606 es, I forgot to add that it takes about a minute for OO to hung (with 100% CPU usage) after pasting. Sorry about that. I can provide access (via RDP) to Windows installation that exhibits the problem. applying target OOo 2.x retarget to OOo 3.0 due to limited resources Due to limited resources re-target to OOo 3.x ->es: Can you send me the document which can reproduce the issue. Also about the issue 73606 liuyuhua, I have forwarded requested doc to you. Regards, KP. Reset assigne to the default "issues@openoffice.apache.org". |
