(3) Please note that beside the users who know all about the offices behavior, there is others who are happy to get information WHY the word processor dares to behave different than a typewriter. I respectfully disagree. While I respect all your work on the help agent, I believe that most users don't read the help. Just as Microsoft realized their users want the paperclip not to pop up so often, so too I think many OOo users don't want the Help Agent to do so. So, I am reopening until this issue is fully decided. Kind regards, Jason Spiro I am taking the liberty of reassigning this to requirements to see what they think. Is that ok or was it a faux pas? IMHO help agent should be canceled. For the proposed solution: cost > benefit. |
