If you dock an toolbar on the left or right side of the programmwindow and this
toolbar has an drop down field it disappears.

This makes it unusable as an docked toolbar.

Example: Dock the Toolbar "Picture" on the left side of OO Writer and you have
no longer access to the Graphicoptions "Standard, Grey Picture, Black/White,
Watermark).

The strange thing is, that there is a solution for fonts. If it is a font choose
dropdown field it opens an font config window.

I have tested it in Writer 2.1 german. (WinXP)

Probably this is related to Issue 57094
