Description aewell 2002-09-03 20:28:24 UTC
Hi All,

I just uncovered a most annoying conflict with Mozilla 1.1.0.2002082611
(win32) and OpenOffice (OO) 1.0.1 (http://openoffice.org) (win32).

In OO writer, I have my address book pointing at Mozilla's personal
address book. (In OO writer, this is accomplished after the first time OO
is installed and can be modified from "File", "Templates", "Address Book
Source", "Administrate...".)

Here is the problem, if Mozilla in NOT running and you create an
envelope ("Insert", "Envelope"), which automatically uses the address book,
you are not able to start Mozilla due to your profile being in use. And,
most annoying, exiting OO does not correct the problem. (Fortunately, you do
not have to reboot, just log out and log in as a different user.)

Many thanks,
