In a table, add a new column. Although it appears about a centimeter wide, its
right edge cannot be dragged: As soon as you click on that edge, the neighboring
edge is grabbed. See attached document for proof.

Known problem, see issue 44307. 
This here is also not reproducible always, thus I am quite sure it is the same
root cause.
