- selected an extension in in extension manager file picker
- a dialog with a progress bar and a cancel button comes up
- clicking on the cancel button does nothing
- two solutions:
-- making the cancel button working
-- remove the cancel button 
It might be to much efford and to risky to have a working cancel button (undo or
redo at adding time) so removing this button isn't a bad solution I think.

The 'Cancel' button has not to be removed. The user needs to have the chance to
stop the action. The canceling simply should work.
