When using the mouse after a change in a cell in the Chart Data Table dialog
(Text and Presentation), the value toggle one Time.

When you enter a new value and click in a different cell, the old value is
visible for approx. 1/10 s (on my machine via rdesktop) before you see the
correct value again. Seems quite unimportant to me.

This also occurs in master version src680m202 so this is no regression.
I remove the keyword and 'new chart:' from the summary accordingly.
Changed target.
