Description qwertyscar 2007-03-14 11:40:58 UTC
MS Word Supports a feature that could be useful writing long documents, for
example an university thesis, the structure view of text documents allows to
design the document in a top-down way, my professor asked me to use this
funcionality but I didn't found it on openoffice and is quite useful.

A similar feature in OO Writer is the "Navigator" which can be accessed by F5
key or button in toolbar.
Is this what you are looking for?

not exactly, is a different way to view the document, you can also move
chapters, collapse them (As Netbeans can do for methods or comments), put
chapters inside other chapters, all dragging them.
