Another option for Bad Document Correction Tool (Issue 75524).
This option should detect and process multiple line breaks.

The highest number of relevant line breaks placed together is, say, 4. If the
user placed more line breaks, it is either an intended page break, or error.

1, if the number of line breaks placed together is 5 or more, they should be
replaced with single page break.

Format->AutoCorrect->Apply seems to remove only paragraph breaks (double line breaks) not single line breaks as would be indicated by the documentation.
