There does not appear to be a way to print all the records in a form. Since
report tool is limited to tables the only way to format reports such as labels
for say barcodes is to use a form. The form provide very good format controls to
print on label printers. The problem is that if you have a query that the form
is a against it does not print all the records. Only work around proposed on
discussion sites is to use mail merge. This is not really a solution but a
manual work around, which does not address multi-user application development.
