Select Dataseries -> All Datapoints of the Dataserie get Handles
Kontextmenue - Object properties -> the selection switched to a rectangle selection

@weiz, as discussed already in the IRC meeting the attached patch fixes only the
symptom. But basing on your analysis I found the root cause and fixed it now in
CWS chart25. There were several wrong change notifications that lead to a
superfluous and disturbing view update during the creation of the dialog.
