bugdoc
Reassigned. The 'original' bug is fixed with issue 75571 But there is still a wrong behaviour of texts with texteffects and custom animations. Set to new and change the target. - Load the bugdoc and start it (use a version where the cws larsbehr01 is integrated.) - you see the text with the text animation although the custom animation (an entrance animation) wasn't started. in my mind it should work this way. - start the presentation -> you don't see the text - click -> the custom animation runs and you see the textanimation at the same time -> when the custom animation finished you see the text with the still running text animation. Please have a look. Probably not possible in the 2.3 timeframe... set target 3.x Created attachment 57555 [details]
Simple blinking text examples - nothing fancy
Still an open issue in 3.0.0 b. 9358. The blink function simply does not work properly: neither for a text-frame object nor for a geometric object (e.g. rectangle) containing text; neither as a user-defined animation nor as formated text. A single blink my be seen even if set to blink continuously. (See updated attachment Wed. Oct 29) @af: Thanks for taking a look. Still an open issue in 320m12.9483. The blinking effect obviously follows an algorithmic hierarchy (and probably not very well at that!) which is in no way decipherable for the end user. (See updated attachment.)
