There needs to be a capability in Impress to increase and decrease size of text
of by selecting it and pressing an increase or decrease button. 

This function should also have the capability to resize all the selected text
relative to each other. 

Powerpoint has this feature and its used alot in formating briefs. Right now,
creating briefs in Impress is painful.
