1. open a new database
2. open a new report designer
3. insert a bigger label
4. insert some text into the label field via the property browser
==>> No automatic line break

The Report Designer iTeam decided to retargeting this issue to "2.x".

Change target to 3.0 because it can not be fixed in the timeline for 2.3
UI/Feature freeze.

Bigger code changes necessary.So the chance to damage something is to high. -> 3.x
