According to the current UI guidelines, a right-click onto an object should
select this object, and then show the context menu for it.

In the report designer, the first part - automatically selecting the object you
clicked onto - does not work.

This is a new implementation in CWS oj14. Adding keyword "new_implementation",
targeting to OOo 2.x.

reopen, because a right click on an object makes a multiselect with the object
selected before. 
f.e. select an object (control, shape), click on an other object
-> both objects are selected

reopen issue, because it's not fixed.

If you have a multi selection and open the context menu , the multi selection is
canceled and only one object is selected.
