A little enhancement for Excel parity. Calc should have a command to remove
item(s) from grouping, resulting in split of grouping in two parts.
Currently the only way to get this have many steps:
1. remove grouping
2. select items before to_be_removed
3. group them
4. select items after to_be_removed
5. group them
This way is inconvenient for users.

reassigning features and enhancements to user requirements@openoffice.org which
will be the default owner for those tasks (was introduced some time ago)
